18 - [video] Public Service Announcement?
Aug. 25th, 2009 01:47 am[The camera turns on to focus, close-up, on a few strips of paper that seem to be stuck on the inside of a door, though most of them are ripped. Zuko's voice is heard nearby.]
I'd like to know who put these here... Anyway, if you see them, be cautious. It seems these papers have the ability to--
[He cuts off suddenly, and the camera shakes violently as a harsh gasp is heard from Zuko. Ironically, it seems a few of the ofuda suffered no damage when Zuko walked in the door and ripped most of them earlier.
The communicator is dropped with a clatter, the camera now showing mostly ceiling, though the ofuda-covered door is still visible on one side.]
Father...! no... No, I--
[Zuko's voice is muffled, farther away, his breathing irregular. Suddenly, Kai, who looks like he's about to walk out to train, steps into the camera's view. He looks over at Zuko, blinking, then remembers about the ofuda. Growling slightly, he takes out his beylauncher and top, connecting the two of them.]
Go, Suzaku! Burning Gigus Tempest!
[The dark blue top flies through the air and rips the ofuda down upon impact, then lands on the ground, spinning until Kai calls her back.]
Zuko?
[...]
...I'm... f-fine.
[Zuko's muffled panting dies down, and his fingers obscure the camera lens as he reaches for his communicator to turn it off]
