It's a festival, but not really. But people dress up in costumes for no reason? And they eat... weird food.
Anyone want to explain this to me because it's not making any sense?
(OOC: Tags will probably be slow, just to let you know. In any case... confused Zuko is confused because Halloween makes no sense to poor little Firebenders who are allergic to fun. :D ))
