Hey, everyone. So I guess people probably noticed, but my unc-- uh, Iroh's been taken home.

[paaause. He doesn't sound happy, but he continues in a more businesslike for Zuko tone]

I know he ran the martial arts school, and I figured since he's my uncle and everything, and because I know there were quite a few people who went there, I can take over.

I can't do it right away since I'm kind of in the hospital still but things will resume as usual once I get back. If the other instructors want to continue so classes don't have to be canceled, that'd be really appreciated.

Speaking of which...

Would you guys mind telling me exactly who teaches and who the students are? Uh, this might be more complicated than I thought. Oh, and if anyone new wants to teach or join, that would be good too. Just let me know.



((OOC: Basically, Zuko's taking over Iroh's martial arts school as soon as he's well enough to stand up, the idiot. Please refer to this OOC post for more details and comment both IC and OOC if you would, to help me keep things organized. If anyone wants to join the classes or teach a class, let me (and/or Zuko) know, and we'll set you up with something. Also, things aren't restricted to what's listed. If you have an awesome class you want to teach, that can be arranged. :|b ))

I'm going to teach or help teach general martial arts, kunai fighting/throwing, and Monster Avoidance! But you already knew that. I haven't had a chance to ask for students, but perhaps I could make a post for that?

Anyways, Naruto's going to be helping me teach, as he's my son and knows this stuff already. Angeal might agree to teach or help teach swordplay.

Maybe Monster Avoidance can be part of the beginner's class?

And yes, that could work, too. It's just something I really want to get out there. Like how to stay downwind, how to tell when something's been by recently, and how to move quietly.

I think his style would be different, so he might better match some students than either of your styles. His sword's taller than Naruto.

That does sound like a good idea. It's up to you when you want to do it. It can be a separate class if you want. Um, maybe we can come up with a revised gym schedule? My uncle had one but I think I'm going to change some things around.

I'm fairly certain I want it to be a separate class. People of all levels could benefit from it, so I'd be willing to revise the schedule if you're up to it!

Haha, it's actually nearly as tall as him and twice as wide as my upper arm. The scary part is that I think he could swing it with one hand...
