Hey, guys, I'm finally out. I was starting to get really, really sick of that place.

Um, I'm not really sure if I can do any major sparring quite yet, but I'll be going to the gym and supervising classes in the morning from now on. Umi, Prydain, and everyone else who kept it going while I was out of commission, thanks.

Hopefully I didn't miss anything much?

Oh, and Katara, I'm looking forward to that fresh food you promised.
