As I said, this is a place called Discedo. Apparently these wanna-be god scientists drag people from different worlds here to repopulate their stupid dead city. No one really knows how they do it. People just... appear.

Recently? No, not really. But let's see... Aang's here. And Katara, Sokka, and Toph. And some Airbender from 100 years ago.

My sister and Ty Lee are here too and Uncle used to be here... like you. But he's gone now.

I'm working on getting it back. It's not forever. But... I guess it's kind of lucky she's not stirring up trouble when I can't Bend. Especially now that Uncle's gone too and she's the only one with her powers back...

I've managed okay without my Bending for the most part but sometimes, my power now just isn't enough. I don't want to fail you again.
