[He wants to say he's on his way, but he doesn't want to be overheard. Zuko's under attack, most likely, and it was already obvious enough he heard from his comments over the communicator. Zuko knows he'll come, anyways. To confirm he's coming will only make the enemy try harder to take Zuko out before Minato arrives.
