forged_anewGuess the sun's finally back out. That's a bit of a relief, at least. I'm heading over to check on the apartment and grab some extra clothes.
I'll be returning to the hospital soon though, since I don't want to leave Mai alone and [a soft noise of irritation] apparently there's some question revolving around my own ability to move around. Whatever, I'm fine. And I'll finally be getting this stupid chip out tomorrow.
[a pause--perhaps he forgot the communicator on again--and uneven footsteps as if with a bit of a limp, then the quiet jingle of keys for a few moments before...]
