He was seen next to the bloodied clothing of my friend the boy who died. Do you think he would he kill somebody?

Two of my friends had ended up in the hospital thanks to him. He threw one of those weird plants at my head and if I hadn't ducked, he would have killed me. So yes, I think he would kill people.
