[A kind of awkward pause, like he doesn't really know what to say. He's been kind of out and about, mostly training and not interacting too much lately, after all--mostly coping, though he probably wouldn't admit to it like that]

I was just wondering how everyone was doing. Anyone up for a spar, maybe? Um- Or a supply run?

I wouldn't say hard-pressed, but I don't mind teaching you some techniques. There are also classes in the gym every morning.
